Many people experience the effects of head injuries from headaches to memory loss to loss of bodily functions. In this class\, we will be discussing the importance of head injury prevention as well as how to properly treat them. We will also be discussing how to increase brain health such as the ability to remember\, learn\, plan\, concentrate and maintain a clear\, active mind.
