Pre-registration for this session is required.\n\n\n\nJoin River Bend Naturalist and former St. Olaf Ski team member Zach Hudson for a three-part series on cross-country skiing. While the sessions complement each other participants are not required to attend all three sessions and may come to any single session or all three.\n\n\n\nSession 2: Ski Technique\n\nParticipants will join naturalist Zach Hudson for an hour long classic technique instruction session. Good technique is helpful for both recreational and competitive skiers.
