SUMMARY:Customer Service Seminar
DESCRIPTION:What do people want? \n\nWhether customers or co-workers you can build an approach that builds loyalty!\n\n\n\nKwik Trips Steve Wrobel will share strategies that help us all become better at what we do! Creating a mission driven culture with compassion and trust turns satisfied customers into loyal customers. Loyalty means they will give you positive word-of-mouth advertising that can't be beat. In addition\, if the work we do is tied into a purpose beyond profits our job satisfaction increases substantially.\n\nSteve explores the role you play in your organization's success and how you can find the key people to help you achieve that greatness. His examples and stories are ones that you won't forget.\n\n\n\nBiography: Steve Wrobel \n\nSteve Wrobel is thankful to say that he has been a Kwik Trip co-worker for 18 years! It hasn't always been that way. His first career was in education where he served as principal and teacher at\n\nschools in Wisconsin\, California\, and Minnesota. After years devoted to guiding elementary and middle school-aged kids\, he decided to go a different direction. Moving back to La Crosse\, WI where he grew up\; Steve applied for- and was hired for - a store leader position. One day his District Leader visited the store and suggested that he apply for an opening in the Kwik Trip training department. In the training department\, Steve was able to use his background in education to develop and conduct topics on leadership\, culture\, and customer service. This position has developed into his current role in Corporate Communications for Kwik Trip.\n\nSteve has a kind and talented wife\, Beth\; four children\; and a Sheltie dog\, Amos\, at home in Holmen\, WI.
