DESCRIPTION:Know Your Numbers     \n\nFREE Health Screenings and Wellness Coaching courtesy of District One Hospital is available at the Chamber on either Thursday\, July 24 or Wednesday\, August 20 from 7am to noon. \n\n\n\nThe Health screening include: cholesterol\, triglycerides\, blood sugar blood pressure\, heart rate\, body mass\, waist circumference and wellness coaching.\n\n\n\nGUIDELINES FOR BEST RESULTS:\n\nParticipants should fast from food and fluids\, other than sips of water for the 12 hours prior to testing.  Prescribed medications are encouraged to be taken prior to the blood test.  Participants should reduce the amount of saturated fat and sugar in their diet and avoid alcoholic beverages for 48 hours prior to the testing.\n\n\n\nClick here for details and a quick health assessment.  Must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
