DESCRIPTION:The Main Street Program is pleased to announce that Morgan Zehner from Zehner Consulting has been retained to offer training in Faribault on successful promotions for downtowns and downtown businesses.\n\n				\n\n				Plan to attend this FREE Training   Tuesday January 18 from 4 pm - 8 pm\n\n				Everyone is welcome - \n\n				Open to the public and FREE for all participants.\n\n				The training will be held at the Chamber Conference room\n\n				Call 334-4381 or register on-line \n\n				\n\n				Morgan Zehner has over five years of employment and volunteer experience in the fields of commercial district management\, historic preservation\, cultural tourism and non-profit project management. Zehner Consulting is able to assist neighborhoods and community organizations with improving competitive advantage\, branding and marketing strategy\, entrepreneurial and volunteer development\, and fundraising growth. Strong\, well managed neighborhoods are becoming increasingly important to American life. Zehner Consulting exists to expand capacity and build long-term equity for communities across America.\n\n				\n\n				Main Street Faribault is organized to unify the central business district\, with emphasis on Central Avenue\, to create an attractive destination in which businesses prosper\, the community benefits and residents and visitors enjoy a quality downtown experience.\n\n				\n\n				The Main Street Faribault Program is a community-based effort to revitalize Faribault's Central Business District. Though it is supported by the Faribault Area Chamber of Commerce\; it is for members and non-members alike.
