SUMMARY:Rice County Fair events at RCHS
DESCRIPTION:Be sure to check the Rice County Historical Society's scheduled activities while at the Fair July 19   24\, 2011. There will be hands on activities at the log cabin\, including shelling corn\, grinding wheat\, making butter\, doing laundry on a washboard\, and using a small loom among other activities. There will also be an opportunity for the children to participate in old-fashioned games.\n\n\n\nBe sure to drop off your coloring contest entries at the One Room Schoolhouse Wednesday through Friday. Another activity for kids will be a Scavenger Hunt which can be picked up at any of the five Historical Society Buildings. Upon completion it can be handed in at the museum for a prize.
