DESCRIPTION:Join the Rice County Historical Society at the Faribault American Legion on Friday\, June 8th for dinner\, silent auction and entertainment by Jivin' Ivan and the Kings of Swing. Social Hour begins at 5pm\, dinner will be served at 6pm\, and the music will begin at 7pm.\n\n\n\nDuring the evening we will also have a silent auction of merchandise and services from area businesses\, as well as a raffle to raise funds for the Historical Society. All proceeds will support the Rice County Historical Society's ongoing programs and activities. We are hoping through this event to raise funds to help continue to preserve the rich history of Rice County and especially to share our history with the community.\n\nThis evening promises to be one you will not want to miss and won't forget.\n\n\n\nDinner/event tickets are $25.00 each. We also have a limited number of $100 raffle tickets which includes: two dinner/event tickets (a $50.00 value)\, a 1 in 5 chance of winning your $100 back\, and a 1 in 100 chance of winning the grand prize of $1\,500. Tickets may be purchased purchased at the museum or from any RCHS Board Members.
