We will learn about the urban forestry field\, benefits of trees to the community\, threats to our urban tree canopy and actions people can take to preserve our urban forests. At the conclusion of the talk\, we'll take a 1 hour walking tour to see examples of the urban tree canopy in downtown Faribault and Central Park.
