Cozy Yoga Sundays, March 20, 27, Apr 3, 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm. Each session is $15. There will be time for journaling, reading, or sitting quietly with a hot beverage at the beginning of each class. Yoga will be slow and gentle in nature. Each class will have a different style - relaxation, restorative and/or yin. Suitable for all levels. Beginner friendly.
What to bring: Yoga mat, Blanket or towel, Journal & pen or book, Favorite mug.
Bolsters and blocks will be provided. Please bring any other props you would like to use.
What to wear: Comfortable clothing that you can move around in.
As of right now, masks will not be required while you are on your mat. We will be set up for social distancing in the lobby.
