Maple Sugaring: History & Science (For Homeschools)
Follow the process of making maple syrup from tapping a tree to using an evaporator. Use a hydrometer to measure the sugar content and explore historic artifacts from early Native Americans and pioneers. All homeschool ages welcome. Classes will be divided by age into a group of students ages 7 and under and a group of ages 8 and up.
