CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)/SALES:
Independent Insurance Agency is seeking a MN LICENSED Property and Casualty Personal Lines Customer Service Representative for a Part-Time position. Located in Faribault for over 55 years. The right candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic as well as attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to efficiently handle a variety of tasks.
Job duties include:
Utilize computer systems and websites for multiple insurance companies that we represent. Billing, keep files in order, greet customers, taking payments in person and over the phone, preparing binders, certificates, endorsements, responding and managing inbound calls/emails to provide quotes, build and establish positive trusting relationships with clients to ensure continued client patronage and satisfaction. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to effectively respond to client inquiries.
