Job Description Position Roles/Responsibilities: You will be the first point of contact for members/clients in-person and on the phone You will answer calls, schedule and confirm client appointments You will greet clients/members as they arrive for appointments Assist Financial Advisors in the preparation and follow up for the client/member meetings Collaborate with the home office to maintain and follow up on pending business, outstanding requirements, etc. to keep the business moving forward Populate and maintain accurate client data in CRM software and other data systems Handle and properly document sensitive communications with client/members, and respond in an effective and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction Help with the coordination of client events, workshops, seminars, and Action Team volunteer opportunities Perform routine administrative duties such as maintaining office supplies, processing mail, scanning and faxing documents and maintaining a clean client facing work environment Schedule is Monday - Friday- 8:30AM-5:00PM OR in a different capacity if part time works for you.
