Valley Staffing, in partnership with a manufacturer in Waterville, is looking for a part time Office and Accounting Assistant.
In this position, your duties will be: payroll processing, scheduling, assisting with reviews, comparing insurance rates, preparing employee benefit packets, creating documents, general clerical duties, inventory, supporting all staff, and other duties as assigned.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 months related experience, ability to communicate effectively in English, understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to multi-task.
Will be working a minimum of 26 hours between the hours of 8-3 Monday-Friday. Once training is complete, hours will be increased to 36 hours per week.
Pay is $13.75/hour
