We have been baking and decorating since 2006. We pride ourselves on our diverse background creating our flavors and textures from experiences working with local bakeries across the US, commercial grocers, and small boutiques bakeries abroad in Australia. The Bluebird specialty cakes combine traditional Midwest favorites, Australian influence, and fresh local ingredients. All cakes are made from scratch and brought with love from our oven to your home and family.
All of our products are handmade, fresh, and use local ingredients whenever possible. We specialize in non-traditional options including: Soy Free, Vegan, Dairy Free, and Marshmallow Fondant.
