In this session of the Aging in Place series, we will look at two key areas: Strength and balance. Improved body strength means better balance and better balance means less risk of falls. Good strength and balance are key to carrying out all the activities we enjoy and need to accomplish on a daily basis.
This program will offer a hands-on approach inviting the participant to build on strengths, consider a self-assessment and create an action plan.
