Executive Dialogues
Executive Dialogues 2015-2016 is offering a new format. 
Come once or each month as your schedule allows.
At each meeting a host will pose a provocative topic for discussion. 

The Executive Dialogue group intends to foster open and frank communication among peers in the Faribault area around key business and community and life issues.

You should come if:
You like the idea of a lively exchange of ideas
You are willing to express your opinion
You have topics you would like to talk about 
 
Each session features:  
 

•           A light supper
•           Camaraderie
•           Dynamic conversation

1. The previous building bond addressed $15 million of deferred maintenance from a list of approximately $25 million. The board would like to review projects that did not get addressed.
2. Two of our elementary schools need a safer and more welcoming entry (Lincoln and Jefferson).
3. Enrollment is growing and we are extremely limited in space at all three elementary schools.
4. We still use analogue security cameras and would like to switch to digital cameras.
5. We would also like to hear from others for suggestions on how we can improve our facilities for our community.
