Starting a Nature Journal

Keeping a nature journal (or field journal) compels us to slow down, observe, reflect, and embrace our connections to the living mosaic of the world around us. If you have ever wanted to keep a field journal but didn't know where to begin this program is for you. Together we will explore some examples of nature journals, share tips for starting and keeping a field journal, and explore River Bend for inspiration. Please bring a journal of your choosing or blank sheets of paper. We will provide drawing and writing supplies.  Open to ages 6 and up.
