After a year of hard work, our December program is a great way to reward key staff members and continue to nurture relationships with internal business partners...and learn along the way! Invite those you work closely with to come and enjoy this session - the more the merrier!
In this fun and engaging presentation, Ted Schick helps us examine the 5 attributes of professionalism and how these keys apply to the professionalism of the human resource professional and leader. What does it mean to be professional? We toss the word, “professionalism,” around but what does that really mean?
Residing in Esko, MN, Ted is a corporate trainer, professional speaker and consultant with his own business, Schick Corporate Learning. A retired naval officer who rose up from the enlisted ranks, Ted has over 30 years experience leading people. Ted holds a BA Business from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, received a teaching certificate from Bemidji State University, and a Master of Education from the University of Minnesota, Duluth.
